I love the simple design of the old Campagnolo pedals and MKS does a perfect replica for a great price. MKS Sylvan Track is my choice and I don’t need to search for anyting new or fancy than that.

Before you buy:

Just a tip. If you are planing on install MKS pedals on a Italian crankset be sure they fit smooth. You feel they are to otight it means the thread is different. Some version of Gipiemme and Campagnolo have  the size 9/16” but with a finer thead and you risk to screw the thread. If it happens you can buy a pair of “taps” from ParkTool and recreate the british/iso thread 9/16”.

Don’t try to install British/ISO pedals on a crankset you don’t know the brand or the nationality.
